RCR Requirements

All undergraduate, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers on sponsored projects are required to complete the CITI RCR Online Training to receive their ASU RCR Certificate within 60 days of beginning work on a sponsored project regardless of sponsor. Additionally, postdoctoral researchers will be required to attend at least one RCR workshop offered by select departments throughout the campuses. In lieu of the workshop, postdoctoral researchers may elect to attend a catalog course in RCR offered by ASU to fulfill the workshop requirement. Workshops are offered throughout the academic year and upcoming workshops can be found under the link "Training & Workshops" in the right menu. Throughout the life of the project continuing educational activities will be offered by the project investigator or your project supervisor to maintain RCR certification.
