Deadlines

• The deadline for submitting applications that require Full Board review is at least 12 BUSINESS days (2.5 weeks) prior to the next scheduled IRB meeting. If you are submitting the application by campus mail, please plan accordingly. Applications that are not complete will not be reviewed until they are complete. The IRB Chair will determine whether the study is complete enough to be included on the IRB agenda.
• Researchers should refer to information about the IRB review process. Not all studies require Full Board review.
• For studies that require continuing review, please submit the continuing review form at least 3 weeks before the project expiration date.

Social Behavioral IRB

• Meetings are held in the Interdisciplinary Building B-Wing. The meeting length depends on the number and complexity of protocols.
